About the role

As a Community Registered Nurse, you’ll:

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and care plans
• Work collaboratively with allied health, support teams, and referrers
• Support clients to live well, stay independent, and feel heard
• Maintain professional standards, documentation, and compliance

This is a role where relationships matter as much as clinical skill.

About you

You’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in community, home-based, or aged care nursing
• Strong assessment, documentation, and time-management skills
• A warm, professional approach to clients, families, and colleagues
• A genuine alignment with BallyCara’s values and purpose
• Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
