Panel Wirer

Job Description

We are working with a leading engineering manufacturer in Scarborough known for producing high-quality equipment within a high demand industry.

They are looking for a panel wirer to join the team on 3 month temporary assignment to assist with an exciting new project.

As a panel wirer you will be expected to:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Assemble and wire control panels and associated electrical components
• Work on bespoke industrial equipment
• Ensure all work is carried out to high safety and quality standards

To be suitable for the panel wirer role you must have:

• Previous experience as a panel wirer
• Good technical knowledge and an abiltiy to read technical drawings
• Good eye for detail and ability to work as part of a team

The role offers:

• Great working hours working Mon-Thu 7am-530pm
• Long weekends every weekend with Fridays off - plenty of overtime
• Competitive pay between £17 -20 per hour
• 3 months work with the possibility to go permanent for the right candidate
