About the Role

This newly created AHPRA Registered Quality & Data Clinician role offers the opportunity to combine your nursing expertise with data-driven insights to transform care outcomes. Based in Scarborough, with hybrid work options and occasional travel to our other sites (Wooloowin, Logan, Gold Coast, Melbourne), this is a full-time position where you’ll play a critical role in leading quality and compliance across BallyCara’s services.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Lead quality improvement initiatives across Residential, Support at Home, Wellness, and Retirement Village services.
• Analyse and interpret clinical data to drive improvements in care outcomes.
• Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, the Quality Indicator Program, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to staff on quality systems and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure audits, reports, and data insights are accurate, timely, and actionable.

About you

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered & practicing) with a flair for data and a talent for turning insights into transformative improvements in care services. To succeed, you’ll bring:

• Experience in quality, compliance, and data analysis within aged care or healthcare, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable improvements.
• Strong knowledge of aged care regulations, quality standards, and care management systems, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage stakeholders across multiple teams and foster shared ownership of quality outcomes.
• Adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing development in a changing environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
