Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Qualified Support Worker, you’ll empower older adults to live well in their own homes by providing:

  • Personal care, assistance with mobility, and help with everyday household tasks
  • Social support and companionship — encouraging wellness and connection
  • Transport to appointments and outings (paid mileage provided)
  • Regular updates to your Team Leader to ensure quality care and service


Skills And Experiences

About You – What You’ll Bring

You’re compassionate, motivated, and committed to person-centred care. You’ll also have:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services, or you’re a Nursing student with completed Aged Care placements
  • Experience working in aged care or community support
  • Availability Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • COVID-19 vaccination (two doses)
  • Confidence using digital systems and basic tech skills
