Due to growth, they are looking for a Client Communications Executive to join their team.

You don’t need to have a background in financial services, we’re open to candidates with a couple of years’ experience in customer service within a professional services environment.

Full training will be provided, though any knowledge of investments, savings, or pensions would be a real advantage.

Some of the Client Communications Executive responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and concerns.
  • Managing client accounts and ensuring services meet their needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Identifying opportunities to add value to client relationships.

This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a salary of £23,809 – £25,000, depending on experience.
