A well-established and renowned hospitality venue nestled in a picturesque rural setting is seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join their team. Known for delivering high-quality, freshly prepared British dishes, this venue boasts a loyal customer base and a strong local reputation.

We’re exclusively supporting this site in their search for an enthusiastic and skilled professional who can help uphold and elevate their culinary standards as they re-open to guests. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a beautiful environment with a collaborative leadership team, due to continued growth they are looking for a full time chef 40 hours per week. 

Position Overview:

• Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum

• Additional Benefits: Generous share of tips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef and business owners in daily operations and long-term culinary goals

• Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety

• Deliver specifications developed by the group Head Chef 

• Work closely with all team members 

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness in line with COSHH & HACCP standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a fresh food environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

• A proactive and adaptable team player
