About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Catering Assistant to join our vibrant Catering Team at our Scarborough Village of Friends.

In this hands-on role, you’ll help prepare, serve, and deliver delicious meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Every day you’ll make a positive impact through care, teamwork, and great service.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen cleaning
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
• Work collaboratively with the Catering Team and other departments

What you’ll bring:

• A genuine interest in food, hospitality, and caring for others
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Good communication and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• (Desirable) Food handling or barista experience, and aged care catering experience
