- Schedule : Rotational schedule required – 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

Develop your talents
By applying your expertise within our facility in Scarborough, as the Assistant Die-Cutter Operator:
- Support machine operators with set-ups, adjustments, pallet changes, and clearing jam-ups to ensure smooth production flow
- Stage materials, print and manage load tags, and ensure proper system consumption
- Perform quality checks on every load and ensure correct orientation for feeding
- Operate equipment such as aerators and electric power trucks when required
- Assist with changeovers and prepare skids for upcoming jobs and deliveries
- Monitor machine performance and immediately report any production, quality, or equipment issues
- Read and follow load tags, dockets, and special instructions accurately
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout, GMP, HACCP, and 5S standards
- Ensure continuous workflow while keeping customer needs top of mind
