Description

We’re looking for a Finance Officer – Receivables to join our friendly Finance Team in beautiful Scarborough, just metres from the water. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and great service in everything from invoicing and reconciliations to supporting continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Manage invoicing, receipts, reconciliations, and debtor records with accuracy and care.
  • Provide professional and helpful support to clients and internal teams on all receivables matters.
  • Contribute to finance projects and process improvements that make a real difference.


Skills And Experiences

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in accounts receivable or finance administration, ideally in a community, aged care, or not-for-profit setting.
  • Strong systems skills (Reckon, Health Cloud, or similar) and attention to detail.
  • Very strong Excel skills
  • Proven ability to perform effectively and maintain composure in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • A team mindset, excellent communication, and alignment with BallyCara’s SONA® values — Everyone Matters, Creativity, Integrity.
