Description

At BallyCara, we believe retirement living should be about much more than where people live. It should be about connection, possibility, wellbeing and continuing to live a life with purpose.

We are looking for an engaging and forward-thinking Manager to lead our vibrant Scarborough Village and help us continue to reimagine what a great retirement community can be.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, building relationships and creating environments where people flourish.

You will have the freedom to think creatively, challenge traditional approaches and work alongside residents and our broader BallyCara team to shape experiences that reflect what matters to the people who live here.

The opportunity

As Village General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our Scarborough retirement community.

At the heart of the role is something much more important: people and community.

You will build strong relationships with residents, create opportunities for connection and participation, and lead a team that is genuinely interested in making a positive difference.

Working in collaboration with BallyCara's broader health, wellness, care and support community also creates opportunities to explore new ideas around wellbeing, independence, healthy ageing and community connection.

As a member of BallyCara’s Senior Leadership Team, you’ll have a voice in shaping not only the future of the Village, but our broader approach to supporting people to live fulfilling lives as they age.

You'll bring strong leadership and management experience, sound business judgement and the ability to operate effectively within a regulated environment.
