Front of House Supervisor
Location: Rural North Yorkshire
Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour + generous tips

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join a thriving hospitality business in a beautiful rural setting in North Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide hands-on support on the bar and restaurant floor during busy service periods.
• Manage and maintain EPOS systems for accurate transactions and reporting.
• Oversee online reservation systems to manage guest bookings efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Assist with training and development of front-of-house staff.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a front-of-house supervisory role within a hospitality environment.
• Strong bar and floor experience with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with EPOS systems and online reservation management platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a rural setting and reliably commute to the location.
