At our facility in Etobicoke you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Recovery+ team as the Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative:
- Coordinate Shipments and Dispatching: Efficiently manage incoming shipments across local, regions such as Southwest Ontario, and potentially other plants across Canada. Optimize the truck fleet’s usage by maintaining the ideal shipment-to-truck ratio and ensuring adherence to delivery and pickup schedules.
- Customer & Supplier Service: Handle customer and supplier requests quickly and accurately. Enter and follow up on orders in real-time, resolve issues or escalate when necessary, and ensure clear communication regarding delivery timelines, changes, and order statuses.
- Documentation & System Accuracy: Maintain and update customer/supplier files in the system, validate order and supply statuses, and create delivery documentation aligned with capacity and logistical constraints. Use computer tools to ensure data consistency and traceability.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Keep clients informed about inventory, delivery timelines, and any changes to their orders to ensure satisfaction and transparency.

You too, put forward your strengths:
- DEC (college diploma) in administration, operations management, or equivalent experience, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP, as well as other digital tools; ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, solve problems efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and rigorous, with the agility to respond to changing needs and the curiosity to understand operational contexts and customer business models
