Maintenance Co-ordinator
Location: Scarborough
Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–16:30, Fri 08:30–13:30

Salary: £41,500 

A well-established manufacturing site in Scarborough is looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to lead and organise maintenance activity across production and site services, This is a key leadership role, offering a mix of hands-on engineering, planning and team development within a structured, high-performing operation.

Key responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate planned, reactive and preventative maintenance
• Support a range of equipment including presses, automation and fabrication machinery
• Oversee site utilities including 415V, compressed air and hydraulics
• Maintain buildings, infrastructure and compliance records
• Lead, allocate and develop a team of 4 engineers

About you:

• HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering
• NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Engineering
• Experience within manufacturing or heavy engineering
• Strong electrical, mechanical and leadership capability
